Rejecting Milk

Although my fever is gone... I had been rejecting to drink my milk... only drank some water... and last night I keep feeling uncomfortable and keep crying and crying... Daddy and Mummy got to carry me to sleep in their arms as I would cry if they attempt to put me down... After that tremor, Daddy and Mummy got no choice but to bring to me to another PD for consultation... this time the PD said that my throat was very red and suspect that there is an infection... he said that it is very painful thats why I don't want to drink milk... so he gave me anti biotics and some medicine for sore throat as well as an ulcer gel... Doc Heng also mentioned that it would take about 2 - 3 days for the soreness to heal...

Sick Sick

Since last night I am running a fever... Mummy and Daddy got to monitor the temperature the whole night... till this morning still having fever... Actually Daddy and Mummy took leaves today and supposed to bring me for my 6-in-1 injection but since I am having fever, the injection got to be postpone... still I went to see my PD for medication... Doc Ee gave me medicine for my fever and also a throat drop cos he saw that I have an early ulcer in my throat...

Straight away, I was given medicine when we reached home and my fever was quickly subsided..

Grandma's Birthday

We celebrate 1 day in advance for ah ma's birthday cos ah gu will be flying off in the wee hours tomorrow... just a simple dinner at a restaurant in tiong bahru...

Jaslyn yiyi and Uncle Oscar had bought a strawberry cake earlier so we sang birthday song and let ah ma blow the candles and cut cake...

While Gina lao yi was carrying me walking around, she bought me a piglet soft toy from 7-11.. so cute and its not too furry type which Mummy don't like me play...

Chee Leong gor gor's Birthday

Yesterday, we celebrated Chee Leong gor gor's birthday at his house... Pak Leong bought him a Thomas train agar agar cake and ordered Sakae Sushi for dinner... the agar agar cake is very nice and Daddy and Mummy will order one for me on my 1st birthday bash... I enjoyed myself playing with gor gor's toys and riding his motor cycle and car... so fun!!

Start Weaning

I am going to be 6 months soon and Mummy is slowly starting to let me taste other than milk... out of the things pictured above.. I only tried the brown rice cereal and apple.. Mummy let me try the items one by one and bit by bit so that it will not be too taxing to my little intestines...

Daddy is not working today and brought Mummy and me to Jurong Point for Macdonald's breakfast.. after we went Kiddy Palace and Daddy bought me a Mag cup and Piglet hand puppet.. Now Mummy will use the puppet and sing to me and I would get excited and wave my hands and feets happily...

Walker

Last night, Daddy and Mummy brought me to Pakpak's house and brought back a walker... after cleaning it up, Mummy let me sit in it... it is very fun but I still do not know how to control it.. only know how to go backwards... keekee!! hope I will master the skill soon...

Sitting on High chair

Today, Daddy went tomb sweeping but I am unable to go cos I am still too young and the weather is extremely hot!! But Mummy brought me to join them after the event as they will eat all the "prayed" food.. I got to see Quinny jiejie too!!

After sending Mama and Sharon gugu home, we went to IMM for some shopping and Daddy and Mummy had lunch at MOS burger.. they let me try sitting on a high chair... I still will topple and wobble around in the chair but can still balance myself.. and Daddy brought pillows to block me from knocking myself...

Sa-Tur-Day

After Daddy came back from work, we went to Ikea Alexandra cos Mummy intend to get a tray for my high chair but in the end it is out of stock. Moreover, there were massive renovation works ongoing there and Daddy and Mummy din get to eat at the cafe.

Then, we went to meet Gina lao yi and Ann lao yi together with Ren ee gugu and Dilys yuyi at Tiong Bahru Plaza and Gina lao yi bring me to a corner at the foodcourt to play... after that we all went back to Gina lao yi's house.. Lastly we waited for ah ma to off work then went for dinner at a nearby coffee shop.

Today is the last lesson of the massage class.. and the instructor is going to go through all the stroke that she had taught plus another one on colic relieve... overall, I enjoyed the massage today and let Mummy performed all the stroke on me while laying down..

Little Chick

Ren ee gugu bought me a little yellow chick today... initially I am a little scare when gugu wind and the chick start walking towards me but after a while I am not scare anymore and can even squeeze it... luckily its not a real one if not it would have died already... keekee...

We stayed at ah ma's house till quite late today cos Mummy wanted to watch the last episode of "made in Singapore" while waiting for Daddy to come and fetch us after class...

Lower Incisors

I am now drooling a lot more than usual and reduce in my appetite.. then Mummy noticed that my lower incisors in popping out... thats why I feel the discomfort and keep wanting to bite on everything that I gripe... even my sleep is being disturbed and I wake up more often at night... so Gina lao yi brought "bonjela" for Mummy and she will massage onto my gums every night after my last feeding

Mummy bought this book from the internet.. it is specially written for Asian parents with information on topics such as the basic of good nutrition, infant feeding, the importance of having a healthy weight gain and setting good eating habits in children...

Daddy and Mummy know that eating those commercial baby food is not very good so they hope that by buying this book, they can know more about preparing nutritious and healthy food for me cos it comes complete with easy and interesting recipes
